To contact us, fill out the form with a valid email so we can get back to you as soon as possible. If you want to send a track directly, you can attach a download link for the track in WAV -6dB, 44100Hz, 24/32-bit format along with a screenshot of the payment transaction.
For better results, we suggest a mixed track in WAV 44100Hz, 24/32-bit, with peak volume at most -6dB. Do not use dynamic or saturation plugins on the master channel.
You must pay in advance through PayPal to our email: audio3kmastering@gmail.com but if u don’t have a Paypal account, we can send you a link to your email so you can make the payment with a Credit Card.
To ensure you’re happy with your master, we offer one free revision within 4 weeks of delivery. Additional revisions and any changes requested after the 4-week period will be subject to a new fee.
We work on weekdays and take weekends and holidays off. Therefore, if you send us your music from Monday to Friday, your tracks will be ready in less than 72 hours. Express jobs will be subject to an additional fee.
Export the track as stems in WAV 44100Hz, 32-bit format and include the mixed track or your «DJ master» in the folder. If you need to, you can also send a reference track from another artist of a similar style.
